This Privacy Policy explains how Solve3 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit solve3.co or engage our services.

When you contact us, we collect your name and email address; your phone number, if you choose to provide one; the message and any context you share with us; and any additional information shared during proposals or engagements (e.g., company name, project requirements).

When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, and operating system; usage data such as pages viewed and time on page; and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries and proposal requests; deliver and improve our services; send transactional communications related to engagements; analyze and improve our website performance; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use information for behavioral advertising.

Solve3 operates from offices in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Pakistan. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. Where transfers leave the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Inquiry emails are typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months. Engagement records are retained for as long as the business relationship is active, plus a reasonable archival period.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements; object to or restrict processing in certain cases; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
